working with jay as our developer was incredible, he was able to figure out elegant solutions to any problem we gave him. in addition, he was frequently able to identify problems before they made themselves known to the rest of us. beyond his technical skills, he was great to collaborate with, very friendly, and someone that we all loved working besides.
